We kindly ask all participants to read the following rules and regulations before taking part in the competition.
To ensure a fun experience, please adhere to the rules and maintain proper etiquette during the event.

Please note that we will not be able to accommodate requests outside of the established guidelines. Thank you for your understanding.

[Basic Regulations]

1. Participants must comply with these rules established by the organizer to ensure the smooth operation of the tournament.

2. The organizer shall not be held responsible for theft, loss, injury, or any other incidents.

3. Once the entry is completed, no changes to the category or cancellations will be accepted, and the entry fee will not be refunded.

4. In case of cancellation, interruption, or postponement due to natural disasters (earthquakes, tsunamis, typhoons, etc.), public health emergencies such as infectious diseases, or other acts of force majeure, the entry fee will not be refunded.

[Entry Guidelines]

1. Multiple entries for the same category by the same person will result in disqualification, and the entry fee will not be refunded.

   • You may register for up to two different categories.

2. Participation by someone other than the registered entrant (unauthorized participation/transfer of rights) is not allowed.

3. We do not accept phone inquiries regarding application status or confirmations.

4. For entry into the Japan Qualifiers or the World Championship, please register based on the nationality you hold at the time of application.

[Entry Qualifications]

1. Complete your entry through the official tournament website and obtain your entry qualification.

2. Be at least 18 years old at the time of participation.

3. The participant and their relatives must not be affiliated with or have any connection to antisocial groups or organizations.

4. Participants in poor health must join at their own responsibility.

5. Be able to smoothly perform a 30-minute treatment without interruption.

[Participant Dress Code]

1. Please refrain from wearing excessively revealing uniforms.

2. If the organizer deems the uniform inappropriate for the tournament, the participant may be required to change. Failure to comply or inability to change may result in penalties or disqualification.

3. Participants will take turns as models during the tournament. If you have specific reasons preventing you from changing outfits, please notify us during registration to avoid inconvenience.

[Prohibited Actions]

1. Failing to follow venue rules or tournament management guidelines.

2. Ignoring instructions or requests from the organizer or judges.

3. Being late for check-in or failing to assemble at the designated time and place.

4. Providing false information to avoid model duties.

5. Contacting models in advance or practicing prior to the tournament.

6. Submitting multiple entries for the same category by the same participant.

7. Transferring entry rights to others.

8. Withdrawing from the tournament without notice.

9. Performing acts that may cause injury or discomfort to others.

10. Using electrical devices at the venue.

11. Posting harmful information about the tournament on social media.

12. Protesting judge decisions or requesting a re-evaluation.

13. Engaging in acts that violate public order and morals.

14. Conducting commercial activities at the venue without the organizer's permission.

15. Any other actions deemed inappropriate by the organizer.

[Measures for Violations]

1. Participants found violating these rules may have their titles or prizes revoked, their entries invalidated, and may be prohibited from future participation.

2. Participants will be held responsible for compensating damages caused to the venue, the organizer, or related companies due to violations.

[Copyrights, Portrait Rights, and Broadcasting]

1. All copyrights and associated rights related to the tournament are the property of the organizer.

2. Participants agree that images and videos of the tournament, taken by participants, organizers, attendees, sponsors, and related parties, may be broadcast on various platforms, including live streaming and social media.

3. Participants agree that their likeness, profile, affiliation, treatment history, and tournament performance may be used for promotional materials and related media.

[Disclaimer]

1. The entry fee will not be refunded in case of cancellation, interruption, or postponement due to force majeure.

2. The organizer will not be held responsible for disqualifications caused by rule violations or disputes among participants.

3. Participants are responsible for resolving damages caused by the use of tournament-related images on media platforms.
