Natalia, founder of Kogao School and Royal Cosmetics in Moscow and Dubai, is a leading expert in Japanese massage techniques and a passionate advocate for holistic, non-surgical beauty. Dedicated to helping women achieve a naturally lifted, radiant appearance, she combines professionalism, cultural knowledge, and hands-on expertise with decades of training.

Education & Certifications

​Natalia holds degrees in Regional Studies & Economics (Far Eastern Federal University), Art Studies (Moscow State University), and an MBA in Global Business (Robert Kennedy University, Switzerland). She also completed international studies in Japan, specializing in Japanese business practices.

Her career began as the Head of Senkon Logistics Japan’s Moscow Office (2003), leading her into the world of Japanese beauty and aesthetics. In 2009, she founded Royal Cosmetics, now distributing over 43 Japanese brands.

I was born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand, and completed my studies in Accounting with honors, followed by a Master’s degree in Zurich. After working in executive banking roles for two decades, I followed my passion and founded Chiida Spa and Chiida Academy Zurich, both recognized for promoting authentic Thai massage in Europe.

One of my proudest achievements is founding the World Association of Nuad Thai and Spa (WANTS) in 2021, which now includes members from 67 countries. WANTS has successfully organized international Thai massage championships, and the championship in Japan has been especially successful, receiving tremendous recognition and respect across the country, now in its third edition on 06.08.2025,
Through WANTS, we connect therapists worldwide and support the global growth of Thai healing arts. I also launched the NICE (Nuad International Camp Event) in Thailand, combining education and relaxation for therapists and families.

In addition, I’m proud to have served as a honorary consultant for ITA (International Thai Therapist Association) since its beginning—for over 3 years—contributing to its development and international cooperation.

This year, I am honored to join again the Massage Championship World Tour 2025 in Japan, continuing our mission to promote Thai massage excellence on the world stage.

Violeta Munteanu’s passion for the art of massage began early in life as a hobby and evolved into a distinguished career spanning 20 years. Originally from Romania and based in Belgium since 2011, Violeta specializes in therapeutic massage, deep tissue, Swedish, wellness, Reiki, myofascial massage etc. She has earned a reputation as a leader in both therapeutic and holistic wellness practices.

Violeta has collaborated with renowned luxury establishments such as Four Seasons Geneva, Bvlgari Paris, Borgo Egnazia Italy, and Four Seasons Istanbul, where she has taught and consulted on advanced massage techniques. As an International Massage Association (IMA)-approved teacher, she has developed signature protocols at Violet Effect, located on the serene Ter Ham Castle domain, which have been widely recognized within the industry for their excellence.

In 2017, Violeta became the first-place winner in the Wellness Massage category at the World Massage Championship in Copenhagen, establishing her as one of the world’s top massage professionals. Following this achievement, she became actively involved with prestigious associations like the International Massage Association (IMA) and the World Association of Nuad Thai and Spa (WANTS).

Since 2018, Violeta has served as an IMA-approved judge at international massage competitions in Italy, Denmark, Switzerland, Thailand, Romania, Iran, and more, offering her expertise and insight to the global massage community.
