- Price
- As stated on each product page
- Charges other than the price
- ・Internet connection and communication charges are borne by the customer.
・If you pay in a currency other than Japanese yen or use a card issued outside Japan, exchange rates and fees set by your card issuer or payment provider may apply; these are borne by the customer.
・Travel, accommodation and other costs of taking part in or attending the event are borne by the customer.
- Payment method
- Credit card (including Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods shown on Stripe's payment screen; the methods shown vary by country and device)
- Payment timing
- Payment is made at the time of application. You are charged when payment is completed on the payment screen (Stripe) shown during the application, and your entry (or ticket application) is confirmed at that point. When the amount is debited from your card depends on your card issuer’s terms. The payment screen expires after a set time (45 minutes for competitor entry, 30 minutes for spectator tickets); an application whose payment is not completed within that time does not go through. No payment is required while admission is free.
- Time of service provision
- [Competitor entry] The opportunity to compete is provided on the dates of the Massage Championship World Tour 2027 in Tokyo (Wednesday 26 and Thursday 27 May 2027) at Yoyogi National Gymnasium, Second Gymnasium (Shibuya, Tokyo). Division competitions are scheduled for day 2 (27 May); your round and time will be announced once confirmed.
[Spectator tickets] Admission to the same venue on the same two days (26–27 May 2027). Your entry pass (QR code) is sent by email once payment is confirmed (or once you apply, while admission is free).
- Application period
- [Competitor entry] 19:00 JST (10:00 UTC) on Tuesday 27 October 2026 to 23:59 JST (14:59 UTC) on Monday 15 March 2027
[Spectator tickets] 19:00 JST (10:00 UTC) on Tuesday 27 October 2026 to 23:59 JST (14:59 UTC) on Thursday 27 May 2027
In either case, applications may close or be paused before the end of the period if capacity is reached or for operational reasons.
- Quantity limits
- [Competitor entry] Each person may enter up to two different divisions (an entry fee applies to each division). You cannot enter the same division more than once. Each division has a capacity, with separate places for residents of Japan and residents of other countries; entries for a division close once it is full.
[Spectator tickets] Up to 5 people per application.
- Withdrawal and cancellation (refunds)
- As this is a mail-order (online) sale, the cooling-off system does not apply. Withdrawal or cancellation after payment, and refunds, are handled as follows.
・Entry fees: not refunded once paid, except where the contract is cancelled because of non-performance by the organiser. This also applies if you cannot take part for personal reasons (illness, cancelled travel, etc.). The division cannot be changed once entry is complete.
・Entering the same division more than once leads to disqualification, and the entry fee is not refunded.
・Spectator tickets: no refunds after payment. If the dates change or the event is cancelled, the organiser will contact you at the email address used to apply.
・If the event is cancelled, suspended or postponed due to natural disasters, infectious disease or other force majeure, entry fees are not refunded, and the organiser cannot cover travel, accommodation or other costs.
・Where a refund applies, it is decided and processed by the seller, Prorium Inc.
For details, see the Cancellation & Refund Policy (/cancellation-policy).
