Hands of recovery and renewal from Kumano.

Profile

I have been running a private salon "YOJOU UN 養生庵" in Kumano City, Mie Prefecture since 2011. For over 15 years, I have been facing each client's body individually. I provide treatments using my original "AYASOPHIA Method" which combines skeletal adjustment, fascia release, joint mobilization, and head approach. I take great pride in being told by clients that "your hands are good".

Style & philosophy

AYASOPHIA Method (Skeletal, fascia, and head - all hands)

“To return the body and mind that have become rushed with fatigue and anxiety to their original rhythm. I aim to connect the skeletal system, fascia, joints, and head in a continuous flowing manner, creating treatments where the mind and body begin to unwind from the moment of touch.”
